Hi Bram :)
Question: is there any way to prevent pure-ftpd from writing to the
'final filename' before the upload is *complete* ?
It's a bit of a weird question, I know,
Not as weird as you seem to suppose ;)) I've thought of it now
and then. As far as I know, the only way is patching. It's tricky,
because you somewhat have to distinguish between a fully uploaded
file and a partial file.

We can discuss more on the subject.

Not that I remember. This, I think, will require patching
pureftpd too. Good news are that this time is a bit more easy,
because you don't have to distinguis anything ;) You just add the
hook script just after a MDEL command (or whatever its name).
